The Union a heavy guest for Al-Najma and Al-Nasr against Al-Diriyah in the King's Cup

Tomorrow, Tuesday, five matches will be played in the Round of 32 of the Saudi King’s Cup football tournament. The most prominent fixtures are Al-Nassr versus Al-Diriyah, hosted at Al-Olaya Park in Riyadh, and Al-Ittihad versus Al-Najm, at King Abdullah Sports City in Buraydah.

Other matches include Al-Ettifaq against Al-Jabalain, Al-Akhdoud versus Al-Khaleej, and Al-Faisaly against NEOM.

Al-Nassr aims to maintain its strong start in the league following their 3-0 victory over Al-Fateh in their opening match, and will strive hard to overcome Al-Diriyah, a newcomer to the Saudi Pro League, in order to remain in contention for the title, which they last won in 1990, despite reaching the final several times in recent years.

Al-Nassr is banking on its impressive mix of foreign and domestic stars to secure a spot in the next round of the competition.

Al-Ittihad arrives as a formidable visitor to face Al-Najm, seeking to reconcile with their fans after stumbling in the league with a draw against Al-Kholood.

Technically, the balance favors Al-Ittihad Jedda due to the disparity in squad quality, but Al-Najm cannot be underestimated, as they have the potential to upset their opponent and eliminate them from the first round.
