Saudi-Sudanese Coordination Council to Enhance Bilateral Cooperation

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his Sudanese counterpart Mohi ad-Din Ibrahim signed the charter establishing the Joint Coordination Council in Riyadh on Monday.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry stated in a press release, relayed by the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA), that the establishment of the council stems from both countries’ commitment to elevating the level of cooperation and coordination between them, serving as an effective institutional platform to develop and strengthen bilateral relations.
Prior to the signing, Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Ibrahim chaired the meeting of the Bilateral Follow-up and Political Consultation Committee, reviewing bilateral relations and ways to develop and enhance them across various fields, as well as discussing recent regional developments and exchanging views on them.
