Al-Qadisiya to face Al-Khalidiya at the conclusion of their camp

Al-Qadsia SC will conclude its training camp in the Turkish city of Izmit with a final friendly match against Bahraini side Al-Khaleej at 5:00 PM tomorrow, Monday, before returning to Kuwait on Tuesday.

This is the fourth test match for the “Yellow” team in Turkey, following a 1-1 draw with Saudi Arabia’s Al-Zulfi, a 0-0 draw with Algeria’s WA Tlemcen, and a 3-1 victory over Saudi Arabia’s Al-Orobah.

Veteran midfielder Talal Al-Fadil will miss the match, having returned to the country to accompany his son, who is undergoing surgery.

He is expected to rejoin the squad upon his return, in preparation for the new season, which begins with a match against Al-Fahaheel in the opening round of the Zenith Premier League on August 25 or 26.

Al-Salmiya SC delegation will also return to Kuwait tomorrow, Monday, from Turkey, where they held a training camp in Izmit and played four friendly matches. They lost 3-0 to Egypt’s Zamalek, drew 0-0 with Qatar’s Al-Marikhia, drew 2-2 with Algeria’s CS Constantine, and drew 0-0 with Bahraini side Al-Khaleej.

The team is expected to resume training on Tuesday and play a friendly match against Al-Jahra at their home ground on Thursday.

Kazma SC will begin its training tomorrow, two days after the coaching staff led by Croatian manager Dragan Tadich granted the players rest following their return from the training camp in Turkey.

The “Orange” team achieved encouraging results during the camp, remaining unbeaten in their friendly matches. They defeated Saudi Arabia’s Al-Raed 4-1 and Bahrain’s Al-Khaleej 2-1, while drawing 2-2 with Qatar’s Al-Waab and 1-1 with Algeria’s CS Constantine.

In Cairo, Al-Tadamun SC will play their third and final friendly match of their camp in the Egyptian capital when they face Misr El-Makasa tomorrow evening.

The “Blue of Farwaniya” played two matches during the camp, losing 2-0 to Abu Qir Fertilizers and 2-1 to Al-Mokawloon Al-Arab.

Also in Cairo, Al-Shabab and Al-Nasr suffered defeats against Enppi and Ceramica Cleopatra, both losing 3-0 in two friendly matches played on Saturday.

Al-Shabab was scheduled to play a friendly against Tunisian club ES Sahel tomorrow, but the management of the “Blue of Ahmadi” decided to cancel the match due to several injuries in the squad.
