Zain supports Arqami via Sahel

Zain Kuwait has announced its support for the launch of the “Arqami” service via the unified government electronic services application “Sahl,” in collaboration with the Public Authority for Communications and Information Technology (PACTI), as part of ongoing national efforts to develop digital services, enhance transparency, and protect the rights of telecommunications service users in Kuwait.

The new service enables citizens and residents to easily view all telephone lines and telecommunications services registered under their names with various telecom operators, helping them verify the accuracy of their data and take necessary action in case of any unknown or unused lines.

Zain believes in the importance of integrating efforts between the public and private sectors to accelerate the digital transformation process and achieve the country’s developmental goals, by leveraging technological solutions to develop secure and user-friendly government services and strengthen users’ trust in the digital ecosystem.
