“Al-Khaleej” Concludes “Beyond Ajyal”
Gulf Bank successfully concluded its “Beyond Ajyal” leadership development program, implemented in collaboration with Euromoney over a four-month period, with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of the bank’s middle management and preparing them to assume greater leadership responsibilities in the coming phase.
The program reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to investing in human capital and developing national talent, by building a strong foundation of qualified leaders capable of keeping pace with developments in the banking sector and supporting the bank’s strategic priorities and future directions.
The program also included specialized educational content in Islamic banking, covering regulatory and supervisory frameworks, innovative Islamic financial products, and financing solutions tailored for individuals and businesses, alongside advanced risk management. This content aims to enhance participants’ readiness to keep up with future changes and opportunities in the banking sector.
In addition to educational and training sessions, participants benefited from individual coaching and mentoring sessions, which provided them with the opportunity to assess their leadership development journey, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and strengthen their ability to apply acquired knowledge and skills within their daily roles and responsibilities.
