Amiri Decree Transferring Supervision of the Capital Markets Authority to the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment

The Prime Minister and the ministers, each within their respective areas of responsibility, shall implement this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
