"Al-Tamyeez" supports three-year prison sentence for a Kuwaiti national on charges of joining "ISIS"

The Court of Criminal Cases had initially sentenced the defendant to five years in prison, but the Court of Appeal reduced the sentence to three years, a decision upheld by the Court of Cassation, which rejected the appeal.
