"Abiyyat" contributes $1 million to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund
Reaffirming its national commitment and support for efforts to enhance the country’s readiness, Abiat announced its contribution of one million US dollars to the national initiative launched by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development to establish the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund. This contribution stems from the company’s dedication to its national and social responsibilities, and its belief in the importance of supporting initiatives that strengthen Kuwait’s readiness and capacity to face various exceptional circumstances.
The company emphasized that the initiative represents a model of integration between state institutions and the private sector, highlighting the importance of unifying national efforts to bolster state readiness and enhance the ability to respond swiftly to challenges and changes, thereby contributing to the sustainability of essential services.
Yasser Aboul, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abiat, stated: “We believe that Kuwait’s strength has always lain in the cohesion of its leadership, institutions, and citizens, and that the private sector is an authentic partner in supporting the nation’s progress.
