5 dead, including two children, in a bus crash in Turkey

AFP – Five people, including two children, were killed and 11 others injured on Saturday after a bus overturned in southeastern Turkey, local authorities announced.

NTV reported that the bus was carrying a family to a wedding in the city of Mosh when one of its tires burst while traveling in the Lices district of Diyarbakir province, causing the driver to lose control and the bus to overturn.

Authorities stated that the two deceased children were 10 and 4 years old, respectively, and that the condition of three of the injured was described as critical.
