The Football Association approves IFAB's amendments

A substituted player must leave the field of play within 10 seconds; if there is a delay, the substitute may not enter the field until one minute has elapsed, and play is stopped.

A player receiving treatment outside the field of play must wait for one minute before returning.

The Video Assistant Referee may correct a yellow or red card issued to a player who did not commit the offense, from either team.

The ball is awarded to the team that was clearly in possession at the moment play was stopped.

Communication with the referee during the match is restricted to the team captain only, in order to minimize player protests.

If a goal is scored from a dropped ball, it is retaken; if no goal is scored, an indirect free kick is awarded to the opposing team.
