Kuwait expresses full solidarity with the UAE following the reprehensible Iranian attack on two ADNOC tankers

- “Foreign Ministry”: Necessity to halt all actions that could escalate tensions in the region

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the reprehensible Iranian attack on two tankers belonging to the UAE’s ADNOC company as they transited the Strait of Hormuz, reaffirming Kuwait’s full solidarity with the sister State of the United Arab Emirates and its steadfast support for all measures the UAE takes to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and interests.

It called for the urgent cessation of all actions that could escalate tensions in the region, respect for freedom of navigation and safe passage through international waterways, and the full and unconditional reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
