In his opening remarks, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Saud emphasized that KOC’s support for youth is based on empowering them and developing their capabilities, while also listening to their visions and ideas and leveraging their aspirations for the future of the oil sector, recognizing them as the generation that will assume leadership and management responsibilities in the coming years.
He noted that involving youth in dialogue and contributing to shaping future directions reflects the company’s belief in their pivotal role as genuine partners in building the future of the oil sector and ensuring its sustained success.
For his part, Hisham Al-Rifai, Managing Director of Human Resources and Comprehensive Services at KOC, affirmed that investing in human capital is a cornerstone of the company’s strategy, highlighting its commitment to providing an inspiring and supportive work environment that enables the promising new generation to showcase their talents in creativity and innovation.
