Warba trains 40 participants in Initalqa
In line with its commitment to supporting and developing young national talent, Warba Bank hosted more than 40 trainees as part of the “Inplaka” program, implemented in collaboration with the Public Authority for Child Welfare. The program was conducted in two cohorts during July and August, reflecting the bank’s dedication to contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of meeting labor market demands and acquiring essential professional skills.
The program is part of the bank’s efforts to enhance its corporate social responsibility by providing a professional training environment that offers participants a genuine opportunity to understand the nature of banking work and gain practical experience that contributes to developing their skills and refining their capabilities.
Regarding the initiative, Her Excellency Al-Rashid, Head of the Human Resources and General Services Group, stated: “‘Inplaka’ is not limited to training within the bank’s branches; rather, it provides a comprehensive professional experience that allows trainees to familiarize themselves with various departments and sectors, and to observe institutional operational mechanisms, thereby broadening their professional horizons and linking academic knowledge with practical application.”
She added: “Trainees also participate in a number of practical activities and tasks under the supervision of specialized banking staff, which helps them develop communication and teamwork skills, and enhances their ability to assume responsibility and make decisions in a professional work environment.”
The bank reaffirmed that “investing in youth represents one of the key pillars of sustainable development. Therefore, it continues to launch initiatives and programs that provide them with real opportunities to learn and gain experience, thereby enhancing their readiness to enter the labor market in the future and aligning with the bank’s vision of building qualified national cadres.”
