Kuwait Airways strengthens passenger services in collaboration with Al Mubarak Exchange

Kuwait Airways signed a memorandum of understanding with Al Muzaini Exchange to strengthen cooperation frameworks between the two entities and develop areas of joint work, thereby delivering added value to customers of both parties. This initiative leverages the services, capabilities, and expertise available at each organization, benefiting travelers and customers at large.
The signing of the memorandum aligns with Kuwait Airways’ commitment to expanding its partnerships with private sector institutions and opening new avenues for collaboration. These efforts aim to provide diverse services and benefits to customers of both parties, enhance their utilization of services offered by each entity, and explore and implement joint initiatives that meet their needs and aspirations.
The memorandum establishes a general framework for cooperation between Kuwait Airways and Al Muzaini Exchange, enabling both parties to develop a range of joint initiatives and services. By leveraging available channels and expertise, the agreement aims to strengthen customer engagement and provide additional opportunities and options for customers to benefit from the services and advantages offered by both parties.
In this regard, Acting Chief Executive Captain Abdulwahab Al-Shatti stated that the collaboration reflects the company’s dedication to strengthening its partnerships with various entities and institutions in the private sector, contributing to service development and creating additional benefits for customers of both parties.
Al-Shatti added that the partnership represents an opportunity to leverage the services and expertise possessed by both parties, working together to deliver joint initiatives that meet customer needs, whether travelers or the general customer base.
