Lulu Opens Its 19th Store in Jaber Mall

In a move aimed at strengthening its presence in Kuwait’s retail sector, Lulu Hypermarket Group opened a new store at Jaber Mall in the Jaber Al-Ahmad area, bringing its total number of outlets in the country to 19.
Musliam said, “The new store represents another important step in enhancing our presence in Kuwait and bringing our services closer to growing communities. We look forward to launching five new projects over the next eight months, in addition to developing our largest logistics center in Kuwait in the Shaddadiya area. These investments reflect our ongoing commitment to the country’s retail sector, infrastructure development, and long-term economic growth.”
The new hypermarket spans over 8,500 square meters and is part of a major development project under a public-private partnership supervised by the Public Authority for Housing Welfare.
The new store has been designed as a modern shopping destination, offering a wide range of fresh foods, groceries, household essentials, and lifestyle products under one roof. It also features more than 500 new products, including over 300 imported items, giving customers a broader selection of goods sourced from global markets.
For added convenience, the hypermarket includes dedicated self-checkout platforms, while a multi-story parking facility ensures easy access for shoppers visiting both Lulu and Jaber Mall.
The opening ceremony was attended by Lulu Company’s CEO, Sifee Rubawala; Anand Ram, Chief Operating Officer of Lulu International Holding; Sreejith K., Manager of Lulu Kuwait; Sakir Hussain, Regional Director; and several other senior officials.
