Development Fund: 8 companies contribute to supporting the Emergency Response Fund

The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development announced the receipt of a new batch of contributions to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund, provided by eight companies and institutions from the private sector. This reflects the continued national engagement with the initiative aimed at enhancing Kuwait’s readiness and improving the efficiency of the emergency response system for crises and urgent situations, underscoring the growing national partnership and the interest of Kuwait’s private sector in supporting priority national initiatives.

The new batch included a cash contribution of $1 million from Al Amal Energy Company and $1 million from Al Tijari Real Estate Company, alongside a joint contribution totaling $1 million from Siddiq Bahbahani & Sons Company and Al Ahli Electric Panels Company. The batch also featured contributions of $500,000 each from Ajyal Real Estate and Entertainment Company and Al Takhsis Holding Company, as well as a joint contribution of the same amount from KEF Investment Company and Estate Capital.

In line with its firm commitment to its national and social responsibilities, Al Amal Energy Company announced a financial contribution of $1 million to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund, supporting national efforts to enhance the country’s readiness to respond to emergencies and conditions resulting from the reprehensible Iranian aggression, and to mitigate their impact on infrastructure and vital facilities. Since the onset of regional developments, Al Amal Energy Company has continued to meet all the needs of its partners, national oil companies, while maintaining its presence and operational continuity across Kuwait.
