8.2 million dinars in Al-Salhiya's profits in 6 months

Al-Salehiah Real Estate Company announced a net profit of 8.2 million Kuwaiti dinars, with earnings per share of 13.6 fils, for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared to a net profit of 2.6 million dinars and earnings per share of 4.3 fils for the same period last year.

Ghazi Al-Nafisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Salehiah Real Estate, stated that the company’s financial data show an increase in total operating revenues, reaching 24.8 million dinars compared to 23 million dinars for the corresponding period last year, a rise of 7.3 percent, supported by revenue inflows from the Capital Project. He noted that operating net profits increased by 10 percent to 18.8 million dinars, compared to 17 million dinars.

Al-Nafisi indicated that the company’s assets grew by 3 percent to 551.8 million dinars, up from 535 million dinars, while shareholders’ equity reached 180.4 million dinars, compared to 179.7 million dinars. He explained that these figures confirm the company’s success in sustaining growth in key financial performance indicators.

He added that the financial results for the period revealed a notable increase in Al-Salehiah’s profits, driven by the sale of Plot No. 2 from the lands of the Al-Salehiah Commercial Complex Expansion Project, which generated an exceptional profit of 3.85 million dinars. This transaction aligns with Al-Salehiah Real Estate’s strategy to develop the Al-Salehiah Commercial Complex Expansion Project through partnerships with related parties and agreements with them to implement the proposed development plan, while retaining Al-Salehiah Real Estate’s role as the main developer of the project.

Al-Nafisi clarified that the company’s recently issued sustainability report is part of its commitment to regulatory requirements, highlighting key sustainability practices and initiatives within the company and enhancing its environmental and social impact. The report reviews the company’s performance over the year in the areas of environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and demonstrates how these standards are integrated into the company’s daily operations, engaging all stakeholders to best respond to sustainability challenges and seize opportunities in line with global sustainable development goals and Kuwait Vision 2035.
