Municipality: 6 violations of the shops and advertisements regulations in "Al-Capital"

The Public Relations Department of the Al-Kuwayt Municipality announced that the Audit and Municipal Services Follow-up Administration in the Capital Governorate has launched the campaign “License Your Activity… Take the Right Steps” to inspect commercial activities and health licenses for shops, as well as advertising permits, and to take all necessary regulatory measures against violators and ensure compliance with the regulations governing shops and advertising across all their activities.

It noted that the first field campaign in the Capital Governorate resulted in issuing six violations and eight warnings related to the shop and advertising regulations. The specialized inspection team conducted field inspections in several investment and commercial areas to identify violations, take appropriate actions, and verify that only permitted activities were being carried out.

It added that the first campaign would be followed by several field rounds across all governorates according to a scheduled timeline. The schedule of field campaigns, prepared by the Public Relations Management team in coordination with the relevant departments, will guide the implementation of these campaigns over the coming weeks.
