Kuwait Credit Company Enhances the Efficiency of Its Engineering Staff

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) hosted a workshop and an informative session titled “The Engineering Management Procedures Manual and Updates on Administrative Decrees and Circulars,” at the bank’s theater located at its headquarters in the Ministries District, South Sura. The event was attended by Acting General Manager Sultan Al-Dabbous, officials from the Engineering Department, as well as a number of engineers, technicians, and relevant administrative staff.

Fatima Al-Sajari, Head of Public Relations at the bank, stated in a statement on Thursday that the workshop was held in accordance with the General Manager’s directives, as part of the bank’s ongoing plan to develop the capabilities of its engineering staff and enhance their technical and administrative efficiency, in line with the bank’s strategy to strengthen performance quality and elevate the level of services provided.

Al-Sajari clarified that the workshop covered several key topics, most notably discussing technical challenges and proposed solutions to address them, thereby improving performance efficiency in accordance with the latest standards and practices in engineering management.

She emphasized that the workshop reflected the bank management’s commitment to investing in human capital by equipping them with the latest tools and knowledge that contribute to achieving the bank’s developmental goals. She noted that such events would continue on a regular basis to ensure alignment with the latest developments in the engineering and administrative fields. At the conclusion of the workshop, the General Manager honored outstanding engineers, amidst an interactive atmosphere that reflected the attendees’ keen interest in benefiting from the workshop’s content.
