Worba Rewards Customers for Transferring Domestic Workers' Salaries to SiDi Account

Worqa Bank has launched a new campaign aimed at encouraging customers to transfer salaries of domestic workers to their SiDi accounts, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience and promote the use of digital banking solutions that combine ease, flexibility, and rewards. The campaign offers customers 100 Pocket Points for each successful salary transfer that meets the eligibility criteria, with a maximum of 1,000 points per month throughout the campaign period.
The campaign runs from August 1 to December 31, 2026, and is available to all current and new retail banking customers, in line with the bank’s strategy to incentivize the use of digital services and provide additional benefits that enhance the value customers receive when using its various products and services.

This campaign encourages customers to use digital channels to transfer domestic workers’ salaries, while offering tangible rewards that can be utilized within the Pocket Points program, reflecting the bank’s commitment to delivering added value beyond traditional banking services.”
Ashkanani clarified that customers will receive 100 Pocket Points for each successful salary transfer to a domestic worker’s account via SiDi, provided the campaign conditions are met, with a limit of up to 10 eligible transfers per month, equating to a maximum of 1,000 Pocket Points per month.
He noted that these rewards are in addition to any other benefits or cashback rewards customers may earn through the bank’s core loyalty or cashback programs, further enhancing the overall value customers gain from using Worqa’s services.
Ashkanani pointed out that earned Pocket Points will be credited to the customer’s digital wallet within the Worqa app within 10 business days after the end of each month. He added that points can be converted into cash and deposited into the customer’s account according to the Pocket Points program’s mechanism, where every 100 points equal one dinar.
He emphasized that this feature provides customers with greater flexibility in utilizing their rewards, aligning with the bank’s direction toward offering practical financial solutions that deliver tangible value to users.
Ashkanani explained that the campaign is an extension of Worqa’s strategy to support digital transformation and simplify daily banking services. The bank provides advanced electronic solutions to complete various financial transactions quickly and securely, including transferring domestic workers’ salaries through digital channels without the need to visit branches.
He clarified that to benefit from the campaign, customers must maintain a minimum balance of 100 dinars during the month, and the transferred salary amount must range between 90 and 250 dinars for each domestic worker. Only one transfer per worker per month will be counted, in accordance with the approved campaign terms and conditions.
He noted that earned Pocket Points remain valid for 12 months from the date of credit, and customers can easily track their balance and redeem points through the Pocket Points program within the Worqa Bank app.
