Snam Holding Reports KD 970 Million in Profits

Snam Holding Group announced its financial results for the period ended June 30, 2026, recording a net profit of 970,000 dinars, compared to 373,400 dinars during the same period last year, representing a growth of 160%. This increase was primarily driven by the positive performance of affiliated companies, which positively impacted the Group’s financial results during the period.
Earnings per share reached 4.2 fils, compared to 2.19 fils in the corresponding period last year. Total assets of the Group rose to 26.18 million dinars as of June 30, 2026, up from 15.15 million dinars in the same period last year, while shareholders’ equity stood at 25.78 million dinars, compared to 12.82 million dinars, reflecting the Group’s strong financial position and its continued implementation of its growth strategy.
In this context, Bandar Sulaiman Al-Jarallah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Snam, stated: “The results of the first half reflect the Group’s positive performance and the success of its approach in building diversified investments in strategic sectors, thereby enhancing its ability to achieve sustainable value for shareholders and support its long-term growth.”
For his part, Dr. Sulaiman Tariq Al-Abd al-Jadir, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said: “We will continue to focus on developing the Group’s investments, enhancing the operational performance of its companies, and exploring promising investment opportunities that align with our strategic direction, thereby supporting sustainable growth and strengthening the Group’s regional standing.”
During the first half of 2026, Snam continued to implement its strategy aimed at enhancing the performance of its investment portfolio and expanding its investments in strategic sectors. The Group also continued to develop its platforms in the healthcare, education, real estate, and innovation sectors, alongside exploring new investment opportunities consistent with its growth plans. Furthermore, it maintained its efforts to strengthen governance, sustainability, and investor relations practices to support the achievement of its strategic objectives.
