Yousef Al-Nafisi Eye Hospital Opens Its Doors in Marib with Kuwaiti Support

In a statement, the Istijaba Foundation noted that Undersecretary Miftah toured the hospital’s departments alongside a number of officials and representatives of civil society organizations. The hospital features specialized clinics and operating rooms equipped with the latest medical devices, as well as a pharmacy, laboratory, inpatient wards, and administrative offices, all designed to provide health and specialized services to the residents of the governorate and the displaced persons who have sought refuge there.

At the opening ceremony, Undersecretary Miftah delivered a speech in which he praised the generous fraternal support of the sisterly State of Kuwait in backing development efforts and alleviating humanitarian suffering. He emphasized that the hospital represents a qualitative addition to the governorate’s healthcare sector, commending the efforts undertaken by the Kuwait Red Crescent Society and the Istijaba Foundation.
