Kuwait faces Lebanon in the "Beach Plane"

The first edition of the West Asia Beach Volleyball Championship for men and women begins tomorrow, Wednesday, hosted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from August 4 to 8, with participation from the Kuwaiti men’s and women’s national teams, alongside several other regional squads in this new regional event.

The Kuwaiti men’s team is scheduled to face Lebanon at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow, while the women’s competition will kick off on Thursday.

The tournament launch follows the arrival of all participating teams on Tuesday, as the organizing committee welcomed the delegations, held initial reception ceremonies, and conducted the technical meeting and draw, which outlined the tournament matchups and each team’s path through the various stages.

Matches will be held at the Princess Aya bint Al-Faisal Beach Volleyball Courts in the Hussein City of Youth, which are now ready to host the games, under organizational arrangements aimed at providing the best possible conditions for the participating teams to deliver outstanding performances.
