Bank Wafi a Strategic Partner for the "Bidayati Sah" Exhibition

- Hassan Al-Fajam: Applied Education is keen on direct communication with students and their parents

- Mohammed Al-Othman: Committed to empowering youth during their most critical transitional phases

Bank Wiyaya, Kuwait’s first digital bank, concluded its participation as a strategic partner in the “Bidayati Sah” (My Start is Right) exhibition, organized by the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) at The Avenues Mall from July 30 to August 1. Through its interactive booth, the bank supported and guided high school students and incoming university freshmen by introducing them to available academic majors and opportunities, and providing the necessary counseling to help them make confident and informed educational and financial decisions.

During its participation, Bank Wiyaya showcased a range of innovative digital banking solutions and services specifically designed for young people, with a focus on promoting financial literacy and fostering healthy spending and saving habits from the start of their university journey. The bank also introduced students to the “SELECT” card, exclusively designed for university students, which offers exclusive benefits, discounts, and rewards from leading brands, thereby enhancing their daily experience and meeting their needs during this pivotal stage. Bank Wiyaya’s participation aligns with its ongoing commitment to supporting Kuwaiti youth and accompanying them through various life stages by providing exceptional digital banking experiences.

For his part, Al-Fajam stated: “The ‘Bidayati Sah’ campaign stems from the Authority’s keenness to communicate directly with our students and their parents, and to provide accurate academic guidance that helps them choose majors aligned with their aspirations and the labor market’s needs for these fields, as well as to familiarize them with the opportunities offered by the Authority’s colleges and institutes.”

In the same vein, Al-Othman said: “We are proud to sponsor the ‘Bidayati Sah’ admissions and registration campaign exhibition, which reflects our firm commitment to empowering Kuwaiti youth during their most critical transitional phases. Preparing for university life is not limited to academic achievement alone; it extends to financial inclusion and equipping them with the digital tools and skills necessary to manage their finances efficiently and independently.”

This sponsorship reflects the mutual dedication of Bank Wiyaya and Applied Education to deliver an integrated model of youth support, combining academic guidance with financial empowerment to ensure the development of a conscious generation prepared to successfully build their professional futures.
