1,110 KD monthly allowances for nurses and midwives

According to the decision, the total monthly allowances for Kuwaiti nurses and midwives amount to 1,110 dinars, with this figure increasing based on experience and promotions in their respective job titles.

Under the decision, the Chief Nursing Specialist or Chief Midwifery Specialist receives 1,510 dinars in allowances, comprising a 350-dinar job nature allowance for Category (A) and 300 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 215 dinars; an incentive bonus of 355 dinars; an increase in the incentive bonus of 80 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 120 dinars; a night duty allowance of 230 dinars; a supervision allowance of 80 dinars; and a training bonus of 80 dinars.

Similarly, the Senior Nursing Specialist or Senior Midwifery Specialist receives a job nature allowance of 330 dinars for Category (A) and 280 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 215 dinars; an incentive bonus of 325 dinars; an increase in the incentive bonus of 80 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 120 dinars; a night duty allowance of 220 dinars; a supervision allowance of 70 dinars; and a training bonus of 70 dinars, totaling 1,430 dinars.

The Senior Nurse or Senior Midwife receives a job nature allowance of 290 dinars for Category (A) and 240 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 205 dinars; an incentive bonus of 275 dinars; an increase in the incentive bonus of 80 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 120 dinars; and a night duty allowance of 200 dinars, totaling 1,170 dinars.

The Nurse or Midwife receives a job nature allowance of 270 dinars for Category (A) and 220 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 195 dinars; an incentive bonus of 255 dinars; an increase in the incentive bonus of 80 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 120 dinars; and a night duty allowance of 190 dinars.

The Senior Nursing Specialist or Senior Midwifery Specialist receives a job nature allowance of 230 dinars for Category (A) and 180 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 115 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 50 dinars; a night duty allowance of 100 dinars; a supervision allowance of 70 dinars; and a training bonus of 70 dinars.

The Nursing Specialist or Midwifery Specialist receives a job nature allowance of 210 dinars for Category (A) and 160 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 105 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 50 dinars; a night duty allowance of 100 dinars; a supervision allowance of 60 dinars; and a training bonus of 60 dinars.

The Senior Nurse or Senior Midwife receives a job nature allowance of 190 dinars for Category (A) and 140 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 105 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 50 dinars; and a night duty allowance of 100 dinars.

The Nurse or Midwife receives a job nature allowance of 170 dinars for Category (A) and 120 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 95 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 50 dinars; and a night duty allowance of 100 dinars.

The decision specifies that for Kuwaiti Senior Nursing Services Technicians, the job nature allowance is 230 dinars for Category (A) and 190 dinars for Category (B); the job level bonus is 160 dinars; the incentive bonus is 240 dinars; the increase in the incentive bonus is 80 dinars; the cost-of-living allowance is 120 dinars; and the night duty allowance is 160 dinars. Meanwhile, Nursing Services Technicians receive a job nature allowance of 210 dinars for Category (A) and 180 dinars for Category (B); a job level bonus of 150 dinars; an incentive bonus of 220 dinars; an increase in the incentive bonus of 80 dinars; a cost-of-living allowance of 120 dinars; and a night duty allowance of 150 dinars.

The decision allocates a special allowance for non-Kuwaiti senior nursing technicians, providing a job-specific allowance of 130 dinars for Category (A) and 90 dinars for Category (B), a job-level bonus of 60 dinars, a cost-of-living allowance of 50 dinars, and a night-shift allowance of 100 dinars. Meanwhile, nursing service technicians receive a job-specific allowance of 110 dinars for Category (A) and 80 dinars for Category (B), a job-level bonus of 50 dinars, a cost-of-living allowance of 50 dinars, and a night-shift allowance of 100 dinars.

The decision also approved an academic qualification bonus of 150 dinars per month for Kuwaiti nationals holding a PhD and 75 dinars for those with a master’s degree, compared to 50 dinars for a PhD and 25 dinars for a master’s degree for non-Kuwaiti nationals, provided that the degrees are recognized and in the field of nursing.
