Al-Khaleej Appoints Hamed Al-Tamimi as Head of Human Resources Management

Gulf Bank announced the appointment of Hamed Al-Tamimi to the position of Head of Human Resources Management, effective immediately, in recognition of his distinguished professional career spanning more than 19 years within the bank. During this period, he held roles across retail banking, operations, and human resources, ultimately serving as Acting Head of Human Resources Management.

Al-Tamimi possesses extensive expertise in human resources, including compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, workforce planning, and talent acquisition, as well as establishing the bank’s HR Analytics Department. Throughout his career, he has played pivotal roles in developing the bank’s HR strategy, strengthening institutional capabilities, and supporting the achievement of the bank’s long-term vision and strategic objectives.

Regarding his academic and professional qualifications, Al-Tamimi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and has obtained several professional certifications from leading global universities and institutions in data analytics, operational excellence, compliance, and specialized skills development.

For his part, Al-Tamimi expressed his pride in this trust, stating, “I express my gratitude and appreciation to senior management for this confidence. I affirm that this trust represents a significant responsibility and a motivation to continue working with full commitment and professionalism.
