Zain Showcases Its Training Opportunities for Youth at the Annual Injaz Exhibition

Zain Kuwait participated in the latest edition of the Field Training Opportunities Fair, organized by the Kuwait Achievers Association. The company showcased to university students and recent graduates the opportunities to gain practical experience within the organization, offering them a close-up view of the nature of work in the telecommunications and technology sectors.

The Zain booth witnessed active engagement from students eager to embark on early professional experiences. They learned about the training opportunities provided by the company and the skills they could develop through direct interaction with employees in a work environment, including communication, customer service, public relations, teamwork, and project management responsibility.

Since its launch in 2008, the FUN program has enabled thousands of students to develop their personal and professional skills, understand labor market requirements, and build practical experience that supports their readiness for future careers. Many outstanding participants in the program have since joined Zain as full-time employees.

Under the FUN umbrella, a wide range of initiatives and programs operate throughout the year. These include field training opportunities, a summer program that provides young people with direct practical experience within Zain branches, workshops and training sessions to develop personal and professional skills, and the FUN Talks initiative, which brings students together with a select group of entrepreneurs and individuals with inspiring experiences to exchange knowledge and gain firsthand insight into the world of entrepreneurship. These efforts enhance students’ readiness for the job market and support their ambitions and future career paths.
