Saeed Anbar.. in the mercy of God

Abdullah Al-Saadi, former player for Al-Arabi Club and the Kuwait national football team, has passed away. The late was a key member of Al-Arabi’s golden generation in the 1980s, winning numerous domestic titles with the club, as well as the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Clubs Championship.

Al-Saadi represented the Kuwait national team on several occasions, his final appearance coming at the 1990 Asian Games held in Beijing during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait.

The deceased was renowned for his ability to score difficult goals, particularly with his head, and for holding the record for the highest jump among local players. Al-Saadi was widely known for his high moral character, cheerful disposition, and pleasant demeanor.
