Issuance of 108 Violations of the Advertising, Shops, and Markets Regulations in Al-Kuwait Capital

The Public Relations Department of the Kuwait Municipality announced the achievements of the Audit and Municipal Services Follow-up Administration at the Capital Governorate Municipality Branch during June, in terms of violations and non-compliance with municipal laws and regulations, through field rounds conducted by the team to preserve the urban landscape.

Acting Director of the Audit and Municipal Services Follow-up Administration at the Capital Governorate Municipality Branch, Faisal Al-Otaibi, stated that inspectors conducted intensive field campaigns in the governorate targeting shops, resulting in the issuance of 108 violations related to the advertising regulations for shops and markets, after inspecting 400 establishments, and 12 settlement orders were issued.

He noted the continuation of field campaigns by the supervisory team at the Audit and Municipal Services Follow-up Administration, emphasizing that there is no leniency in taking legal action against violators of the municipal regulations.
