Representative of His Highness Participates in the Inauguration Ceremony of the President of Peru

The Kuwaiti Embassy in Brazil stated in a statement issued yesterday, Thursday, that Ambassador Al-Mansour conveyed His Highness’s congratulations to President Fujimori, along with best wishes for her health and well-being, and for her friendly country, continued progress and prosperity.

Ambassador Al-Mansour expressed to President Fujimori Kuwait’s aspiration to strengthen bilateral relations and joint cooperation with Peru in various fields, in a manner that serves the interests of both friendly nations.

The inauguration ceremony was held last Tuesday at the Peruvian Parliament building, attended by a number of heads of state and government, senior officials, and representatives of diplomatic missions. President Fujimori received well-wishers at the Presidential Palace in an official atmosphere that reflected the significance of the occasion at both the national and international levels.
