470 transactions inject 327 million dinars into the real estate market in 28 days

The Kuwaiti real estate market recorded transactions valued at 327.03 million Kuwaiti dinars between July 1 and 28, 2026, comprising 470 property deals and contracts, driven by private residential real estate, according to data from the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Departments at the Ministry of Justice.

The month began with transactions worth 49.04 million dinars on July 1 and 2, involving 55 deals, propelled by two commercial transactions in the Capital Governorate valued at 28.79 million dinars, accounting for approximately 59% of the total transaction value.

From July 5 to 9, trading volume rose to 92.96 million dinars across 153 deals. The private residential sector led with 51.06 million dinars through 117 transactions, followed by the investment sector with 25.11 million dinars across 31 deals, while the commercial sector recorded 16.25 million dinars through four transactions.

Between July 12 and 16, transactions totaled 71.56 million dinars across 121 deals. The residential sector maintained its dominance with 26.56 million dinars, followed by the investment sector at 23.67 million dinars, and the commercial sector at 20.45 million dinars, alongside a single artisan sector transaction valued at 890,000 dinars.

The market reached its highest liquidity between July 19 and 23, with transactions valued at 101.6 million dinars across 125 deals. These were distributed among 45.08 million dinars for private residential properties, 42.33 million dinars for investment properties, 12.41 million dinars for commercial properties, and a single warehouse transaction valued at 1.8 million dinars.

From July 26 to 28, trading volume amounted to 11.87 million dinars across 16 deals. These included the sale of a commercial building in Al-Qibla for 4.25 million dinars, an investment building in Al-Jahra for 2.6 million dinars, another in Al-Muqaffa for 940,000 dinars, along with several private residential and land transactions.

On July 28, the market recorded transactions worth 5.177 million dinars. The investment building in Al-Jahra accounted for half of the day’s transaction value, while the investment building in Al-Muqaffa ranked as the second-largest deal.
