Kuwait's Basketball Youth Team Meets Saudi Arabia

Kuwait will face Saudi Arabia at 5:00 p.m. tomorrow Wednesday in the fourth round of the Gulf Youth Basketball Championship, hosted in the Qatari capital, Doha, until July 30, and serving as a qualifier for the Asian Cup in India.

The “Blue Youth” team is looking to secure its first victory after suffering three consecutive defeats: 59-62 against Oman, 51-106 against Bahrain, and 81-53 against Qatar, leaving them with three points.

In another match, Oman and Qatar will face each other at 7:00 p.m.

The tournament is being held in a single-round robin format, with the top two teams qualifying for the Asian Championship, which awards four berths to the 2027 FIBA World Cup in Czechia.
