Oil hits two-week low

Oil prices plunged 5% on Tuesday to their lowest levels in two weeks amid cautious hopes of a resolution to the Iran conflict, as traders assessed developments in the Middle East.

The two benchmark crude oils are on track to record their lowest closing levels since July 13, after falling by approximately 17% over three days.
