Municipality and 'Tatbeeqi' Conclude Workshop to Enhance Inspector Efficiency

The workshop, held on the 26th and 27th of this month, aims to prepare and develop a scientific and methodological description of the courses for the Municipal Services Inspector course, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of training content, standardizing learning outcomes, and improving the efficiency of inspectors in line with field work requirements and professional best practices.

Fatima Maarefi and Abdulaziz Al-Badali from the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training presented the workshop, outlining the scientific and practical foundations for course description and the mechanisms for developing them in accordance with approved training standards. They also discussed ways to develop training programs to keep pace with the needs of work at the Kuwait Municipality.

The workshop comes within the framework of the Kuwait Municipality’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with academic and training institutions and developing the training system to contribute to preparing qualified personnel capable of performing their duties efficiently and with excellence.
