Saudi Arabia condemns drone attacks launched from Iraq and affirms its right to respond

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s strongest condemnation of the reprehensible attacks carried out by Iranian-backed militias in Iraq using drones.

Reaffirming the Kingdom’s resolve to safeguard its security and sovereignty, deter aggressors, and exercise its right to respond to the sources of aggression, it emphasized the necessity for the Iraqi government to take all required measures to prevent the use of its territory as a launching pad for aggression.
