The Ministry of Commerce commits to empowering youth and enhancing human capital development
Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company announced its sponsorship, for the second consecutive year, of the “Kuwait Achievers” (Injaz Kuwait) field training exhibition, hosting the event at the Symphony Complex from July 21 to 23, 2026. This initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting and empowering youth, enhancing human capital development, and reinforcing principles of corporate social responsibility and sustainability (ESG).
The Symphony Complex provided a comprehensive environment to welcome students, graduates, participating companies, and institutions, creating an interactive platform for direct communication between trainees seeking opportunities and employers. The exhibition aims to introduce university and college students to field training programs, thereby helping to develop their practical skills and enhance their readiness for the job market.
The event featured participation from a select group of private sector companies and institutions, which showcased their training programs, business operations, and targeted specializations. This provided participants with the opportunity to learn about career paths and labor market requirements.
Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company also participated with a dedicated pavilion, highlighting its diverse portfolio of real estate projects and promoting available field training opportunities across various company sectors. The company received applications from students and graduates, underscoring its dedication to attracting promising national talent.
Commenting on this, Mohammed Ghannafri, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Human Resources and Legal Affairs, stated: “At Kuwait Commercial Real Estate, we believe that investing in youth is investing in the future, and that field training represents a crucial step in preparing national talent.
