Jaber Al-Adawi tops the Formula 4 qualifying trials in Britain

This achievement secures Jaber Adabi Al-Sabah the “pole position” in the main race, granting him the first starting spot at the front of the grid.

Drivers earn this position in Formula 4 (F4) races by recording the fastest time during the qualifying practice sessions held before the official race.

The significance of pole position lies in giving the driver a clear start at the front, free from obstruction by other cars, thereby increasing their chances of winning and reducing the risk of accidents, which often occur in the congested middle and rear of the pack at the race start.

Jaber Adabi Al-Sabah previously finished second in the rookie drivers’ standings in the Formula 4 (F4) championship last April. The two-day event took place in the United Kingdom, featuring 31 competitors from various countries, including drivers backed by Formula 1 teams such as Mercedes, Red Bull, and McLaren.
