Minister of Social Affairs Receives Proposals from Citizens and Directs Their Study and Appropriate Action

On Wednesday, Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila received a number of citizens as part of the weekly meeting that the ministry is keen to organize, in line with its approach of direct communication with clients, listening to their demands and observations, and contributing to the development of services and enhancing the quality of performance.

In a statement, the ministry emphasized that the weekly meeting embodies an approach of openness toward citizens and strengthens direct communication channels with them, enabling the identification of their needs and follow-up on the issues and observations they raise, and working to find appropriate solutions in accordance with applicable systems and regulations.

It was clarified that Minister Al-Huwaila listened during the meeting to a number of requests and inquiries submitted by citizens, and directed the relevant authorities to study them promptly and take the necessary measures, ensuring the facilitation of transaction processing and the removal of obstacles for beneficiaries.
