These indicators reflect the ongoing efforts of the Public Institution for Social Security to develop its electronic services, aligning with the state’s direction toward digital transformation and procedural simplification. By providing comprehensive services that enable transactions and certificate issuance electronically around the clock, the institution contributes to saving time and effort while improving the efficiency of services provided to citizens and residents.
These figures confirm that the institution is steadily moving toward enhancing performance efficiency and raising beneficiary satisfaction levels. This is being achieved through investment in digital solutions and expanding the scope of electronic services, in line with Kuwait’s vision to build a more efficient and sustainable digital government.
