Al-Jahra Reviewed Solutions to Complaints and Proposals from Its Citizens

The committee discussed the items on the agenda, which covered a number of files, initiatives, and proposals related to the development of services and addressing existing needs in the governorate, alongside reviewing complaints and proposals submitted by citizens and discussing appropriate measures to address them in coordination with the relevant authorities.

The governor emphasized the importance of enhancing coordination and cooperation among the concerned entities, and following up on the issues raised through practical mechanisms that contribute to their swift resolution and the improvement of the level of services provided to the residents of Al Jahra Governorate, commending the committee’s efforts in studying the complaints and proposals and submitting appropriate recommendations regarding them.
