Kuwait and Bahrain... A Firm Resolve

As Kuwaiti air defenses continued to repel hostile Iranian attacks, reaffirming their readiness by intercepting drones and missiles in three successive waves from dawn until afternoon yesterday Monday, heroes on the front lines across various vital sectors continued to carry out their field duties, particularly in military and security agencies, as well as electricity and essential services, to ensure operational continuity and immediate response to any repercussions of the aggression.

For its part, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed Kuwait’s strongest condemnation and denunciation of the ongoing, culpable Iranian aggression against the country, emphasizing that the continuation of these brazen attacks, while regional and international efforts aimed at de-escalation are underway, constitutes a systematic undermining of de-escalation initiatives and flouts the international will supporting this path.

For its part, the General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force announced that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed several treacherous Iranian aerial attacks, noting that Iran continues its systematic hostile approach through its culpable attacks targeting civilians, and affirming that all its weapons and units are at the highest levels of readiness and preparedness to defend the Kingdom “with firm resolve and high combat readiness.”

Meanwhile, Bahrain’s General Civil Aviation Authority announced that civil air navigation equipment operated by the Bahrain Flight Information Region was targeted by hostile drones, without this affecting the progress of air navigation operations.

It clarified that air flights and air navigation traffic passing through the Bahrain Flight Information Region are proceeding normally, with continued monitoring and coordination with international organizations and relevant authorities.
