Al-Hawila: Development of services for persons with disabilities

This statement came from Minister Al-Huwail on Monday, following an inspection tour of the Authority’s headquarters, accompanied by the Authority’s Director General, Dr. Dalal Al-Othman, and several senior officials, to review the progress of operations and the level of services provided to beneficiaries.

Al-Huwail stated that the tour was part of continuous field follow-up of operations, aiming to assess the mechanisms for receiving visitors and the procedures followed in processing transactions across various departments and sections.

She added that during the tour, she reviewed the level of services provided to beneficiaries and listened to feedback from staff and visitors, emphasizing the importance of delivering high-quality services that facilitate procedures and achieve the satisfaction of persons with disabilities and their families.

She stressed the necessity of continuing to develop the work environment and enhancing institutional performance in line with the state’s directions toward developing government services and achieving the highest standards of care.
