Al-Sayer launches iVolution to drive digital transformation

Al-Sayer Group officially launched the “iVolution” program, a comprehensive digital transformation initiative that will reshape the way the Group operates, serves its clients, and enhances its competitiveness in an evolving market. The launch was announced in the presence of the Group’s executive leadership, senior management, and distinguished partners.
As a cornerstone of the “iVolution” program, Al-Sayer Group signed a five-year strategic agreement with SAP Middle East, ensuring the Group’s access to the latest SAP innovations in enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. The agreement was signed by Mubarak Nasser Al-Sayer, CEO of Al-Sayer Group, and Sandous Boushahri, General Manager of SAP in Kuwait.
Concurrently, the Group entered into a partnership with Proaxia, a partner specializing in software solutions and consulting focused on SAP systems. The partnership was represented at the signing ceremony by Sasha Liesemann, Managing Director of Proaxia for the Middle East and North Africa region. Under the partnership, Al-Sayer Group will implement Proaxia’s Vehicle Sales and Services (VSS) solutions, enabling the Group to leverage cutting-edge technologies in this sector that enhance operational capabilities and consistently elevate service delivery beyond client expectations.

The IT Management team at Al-Sayer Group, led by Ivan Tkatshenko, Head of IT, and Kajetan Barreto, Group Project Management Director, confirmed that the “iVolution” program was designed to deliver tangible impact across four key pillars:
1. Operational Excellence: Streamlining and standardizing processes across the entire Group through a unified SAP S/4HANA platform, reducing complexity and increasing efficiency at all operational levels.
2. Customer Value: Elevating the customer experience by delivering faster, more reliable, and personalized services, thereby reinforcing Al-Sayer Group’s position as a preferred partner.
