Kuwait Stock Exchange Empowers 931 Students in Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship

The Kuwait Stock Exchange successfully concluded its strategic partnership with the Kuwait Achievement Association for the 2025–2026 academic year in an exceptional manner, resulting in the empowerment of 931 middle and high school students through four specialized programs focused on financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
The partnership, which ran from December 2025 to July 2026, engaged 18 educational institutions across Kuwait over an eight-month period. The initiative exceeded its target number by an achievement rate of 116%. This success reflects the Kuwait Stock Exchange’s ongoing commitment to its corporate social responsibility and its role in enhancing financial awareness, thereby contributing to the development of a generation capable of making informed financial decisions and actively participating in the national economy.
The Kuwait Achievement Association’s financial literacy program is part of the educational initiatives offered by the non-profit Kuwait Achievement Association. Its aim is to equip students with practical knowledge and skills in money management, investment, and entrepreneurship through interactive programs that combine theoretical concepts with hands-on application.

- **“I Am an Entrepreneur”:** Attracted the largest number of participants, with 324 middle school students taking part. It provided them with a practical entrepreneurship experience, ranging from developing ideas and products to preparing investment pitches that simulate the capital market environment.
- **“Personal Finance”:** Involved 266 students from both high school and university levels, focusing on enhancing financial planning skills through concepts such as saving, budgeting, credit management, and making sound financial decisions, which are considered fundamental pillars for building sustainable financial awareness.
- **“The Company”:** Offered 165 high school and university students the opportunity to establish and manage virtual companies under the supervision of mentors from the private sector. It also helped develop their competitive skills to participate in the Arab Achievement Regional Competition and represent Kuwait.
