Abdullah Salem has passed away

Al-Qadsieh Club mourned the passing of former football player and former board member Abdullah Salem Al-Abd Al-Hadi, who died on Friday after a battle with illness.

The deceased was a key figure in Al-Qadsieh’s defense line during the 1960s and early 1970s. After retiring from playing, he chose to pursue a career in coaching, serving as assistant coach to Brazil’s Carlos Alberto Pereira for the Kuwait national team at the 1978 AFC Youth Championship, before transitioning into administration as manager of Al-Qadsieh and a member of its board of directors.
