Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has won the “Best Digital Bank in Kuwait” award as part of the 2026 Excellence Awards issued by the global Euromoney group, in recognition of the bank’s continuous achievements in digital transformation and its strategic efforts to build an integrated, sustainable ecosystem of advanced banking services and products. This enhances customer experience and solidifies its competitive position in the banking sector.
Haitham Al-Arquit, Executive Vice President for Transformation, Technology, and Operations at KFH Group, stated that the accolade reflects the bank’s qualitative successes in digital banking services and accumulated achievements resulting from sustained investment in technology and innovation. He noted that the bank has continued to implement its ambitious plans to build a comprehensive digital ecosystem that delivers high-efficiency, high-quality services, keeping pace with customers’ aspirations and growing needs.
Al-Arquit added that KFH has successfully strengthened its digital presence by developing its technological infrastructure and expanding the range of services offered through various digital channels and platforms, alongside smart branches and self-service kiosks. This has contributed to a qualitative leap in banking service levels, increased usage rates, and improved quality and operational efficiency indicators.
He pointed out that the bank has delivered an integrated digital transformation model based on a clear strategic vision focused on the customer and achieving tangible operational results. He highlighted that over 600 million digital transactions were processed in 2025, and more than 200 integrated digital services were provided via “KFHonline,” thereby reinforcing the status of digital services as a primary banking option for customers.
He emphasized that the bank continues to develop innovative digital solutions centered on customer needs and aspirations through the implementation of advanced technological projects, upgrading digital infrastructure, and enhancing cybersecurity systems. This ensures the continuous provision of a secure, advanced, and sustainable digital banking and financial ecosystem that maintains the bank’s leadership and competitiveness.
He stressed that KFH is moving forward with launching more innovative solutions, services, and banking products, based on the significant success achieved by its digital transformation and innovation strategy. This enhances its leading role in driving digital transformation within the Islamic banking sector and the broader banking industry.
