US Army Announces New Strikes on Iran

U.S. forces launched strikes against Iran for a fifth consecutive night on Thursday, the U.S. military announced. U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said in a post on X that the strikes, which began at 18:00 Greenwich Mean Time, were carried out “to further degrade Iran’s military capabilities.”
