Ministry of Education: Developing National Competencies and Enhancing Job Performance

The Ministry of Education emphasized its commitment to investing in human resource development, considering it the fundamental pillar for enhancing institutional performance. It also reaffirmed its dedication to supporting employees and empowering them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to keep pace with the requirements of development and modernization in the public sector, thereby positively impacting the quality of services provided and improving institutional efficiency.
In this context, the Ministry of Education, represented by the General Administration of Development and Training, announced the launch of the Civil Service Bureau’s training plan for the 2026/2027 training year via the “Ta” platform. The plan will run until April 2027, as part of the Civil Service Bureau’s efforts to develop national competencies and elevate the level of job performance in government entities.
The Ministry stressed that nomination and admission procedures for training programs are conducted exclusively through the Civil Service Bureau, urging employees to review the training plan via the “Ta” platform and take advantage of the available programs in accordance with established regulations and mechanisms. This aims to contribute to the development of their professional capabilities, enhance performance efficiency, and achieve institutional excellence.
