Social Security: 3 electronic channels for extracting certificates

The Public Institution for Social Insurance continues to provide the electronic issuance of certificates as part of its ongoing efforts to develop digital services and facilitate the processing of clients’ transactions, enabling beneficiaries to obtain various certificates without the need to visit the institution’s branches.

In a statement, the institution clarified that the service is available through three digital channels: the institution’s official website, the “Tameenat Dhakhr” app, and the “Sahel” app, thereby giving users the flexibility to choose the most suitable method to complete their transactions at any time and from anywhere.

The service includes the issuance of several certificates required by government and private entities, such as pension certificates, contribution period certificates, certificates confirming registration or non-receipt of pensions, and other certificates that are issued instantly after verifying the beneficiary’s identity through approved digital systems.
