Cooperation between the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (Bayt al-Zakat) and the Red Crescent to support humanitarian work

The Director General of the Bait al-Zakat, Dr. Majid Sulaiman Al-Azmi, received the President of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, Ambassador Khaled Al-Mughams, accompanied by the Treasurer, Dr. Saud Al-Dabous, during a friendly visit aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two parties.

The meeting discussed avenues for joint cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the fields of charitable and humanitarian work, as well as opportunities for collaboration in implementing humanitarian projects and programs within Kuwait and abroad, thereby contributing to enhanced joint efforts to serve eligible beneficiaries.

Both parties emphasized the importance of maintaining communication and coordination between the two institutions, in support of humanitarian work and the achievement of shared goals, building on the pioneering roles played by both institutions in serving society and advancing charitable causes.
